The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the vibrant district 1. There are plenty of excellent Vietnamese restaurants nearby where you can savor authentic local cuisine. the hotel offers a well-equipped business center for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
One negative aspect is that some aspects of the hotel's facilities may not be as well-attended to, such as the business center.

Attentive and friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, great dining options. The staff was always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The dining options at the hotel were excellent, especially the Italian-themed Basilico restaurant. I had a good stay.

I had an very nice stay here. The rooms were super clean, the pool was refreshing, and the seating by the pool was so cozy. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and near all the major tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and made my experience nice.
Absolutely nothing.

The staff were friendly and the room was large, with a spacious bathroom. Separate shower and tub with a rain shower. There is a separate vanity area, but it could use more lighting. Sheets and towels were decent quality. The pool has see-through panels, but limited hours.

We were impressed by the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center with beauty treatments, facial and full body massages, and steam rooms. the service was impeccable with attentive staff catering to our every need.
While our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a minor issue with the location. It was a bit far from some of the main attractions in the city, requiring us to take taxis or walk longer distances than we would have preferred.
